It is an indispensable condition that pets are up to date with mandatory vaccines in Spain, as well as prescriptive deworming treatment

Neither admitted, reptiles nor arachnids, although they carry the category of pets. Birds, other birds and hamsters or guinea pigs will only be admitted if they remain caged during their stay.
2. – Dogs of great height, only of small or medium elevation are not allowed. (Weight less than 7 kg). It is only admitted a single pet per apartment. Consult before booking, if you wish to travel with more than one pet, or the height or the weight, is superior to the indicated in our rules, to study the possibility.
3. - Dogs and cats cannot walk around the urbanization or of course do their needs in the gardens of the same. There are areas very close to the Urbanization where you can walk with them. Act with the necessary diligence, when you remove your pet so that they can reach them quietly
4. - The cleaning and maintenance services will not enter the apartment during the stay of customers who have pets. (Elementary safety standard for both staff and avoid possible escapes of the apartment in the absence of the owners).
5. - The owners of animals must guarantee always the perfect condition of the apartment and the terraces, not being able to be used as an evacuation for the animals. In the event of an incident, the customer must clean it now to ensure that no bad odors occur. The non-fulfillment will involve extra costs of cleaning the client, which will be charged to your card.

8. - The owner of the pet will be always responsible for the damages that it may cause, being obliged to repair them or, if applicable, to pay for the damages caused. To prevent scratches, cats, rabbits and guinea pigs, they should remain in cages when they are alone. No animals can climb on furniture, beds or armchairs.
9. - If you are traveling with pets that are not able to wait for their needs on the street, or have not yet learned how to do it, we ask you to travel with anti-odor protectors, to be used inside the apartment.
10. - Pets can stay alone in the apartments, only if they are educated for it. Value the fact that they are in an unfamiliar place and can stand alone without bothering with barking or groaning to other customers.
These standards are minimal and only seek a smooth coexistence among all our customers. We are animal lovers and we understand that as part of the family you like travel with them and that is why we admit them. As full members of the family, they cannot be outside the rules, but they are not aware of them, so we ask you to respect the ones indicated in this letter and we will have good holiday for all.
The Management reserves the right to terminate the stay immediately and the application of the corresponding charges in case of non-compliance with the regulations.
